ITH OVER THIRTY YEARS of event producing and marketing experience for both public and private organizations, Monica Hubbard has counseled boards, expanded donor bases and facilitated increased participation in arts companies and educational institutions. Hubbard's training sessions, organizational retreats and philanthropic seminars have earned her repeated return invitations for nearly three decades.

During her extensive involvement in the education and arts community of Southern California, Ms. Hubbard was, for twenty-seven years, a director of choral activities at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), the nation's premier science and engineering university. Throughout these years, she worked with professional and volunteer-based organizations, assisting them with event presenting, marketing and promotion, development of donor bases, and organizational management.

A graduate of Occidental College in Los Angeles, with degrees in choral conducting and organ, Hubbard has brought a depth and breadth of creative thinking to a wide variety of enterprises. From coordinating national performances for an audience of 4000, to helping start-up boards create mission statements, goals and governance procedures, Hubbard's singular menu of experiences and network of associates have provided administrative, managerial, promotional and research support for numerous organizations and agencies (please see the 'clients' page).

Ms. Hubbard's community involvement includes board and committee service to the The Foster Care Project, League of Women Voters Pasadena Area, YWCA Foothill Valley, Vox Femina LA and Zonta Club of Pasadena. She is a member of Americans for the Arts, Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater LA Chapter and California Association of Nonprofits.
